Listen to interview with host Eric Michaels and guest Dr. Jeffrey DeClaire discuss the following:

  1. Explain the groundbreaking program you are doing- where patients who have knee replacement are wearing Smart Watches and are being monitored before and after knee replacement?
  2. What are you tracking?
  3. I understand you were the first in Michigan to be involved in the study.  Why did you start doing this?
  4. How is the data collected from all the patients and what is it being used for?
  5. What are the advantages of being involved in this study and what do you hope to to accomplish from participating?
  6. One added benefit is that patients are able to interact with their physician’s clinical and research teams… why is this important for the future of healthcare?
